Wolverine to swap his claws for sandals

Over Christmas I was doing a lot of driving back and forth between relatives, during one of these trips I was listening to James King on Radio 1 doing a movie special.  During which he was interviewing Hugh Jackman.

Apparently James and Hugh have one thing in common which is that they both love musicals.  When James said this, Hugh went on to say he might be in one soon.  Apparently he’s in talks with Steven Soderbergh to star in Cleo, a musical he is directing about Cleopatra.

Hugh is considering being Mark Antony whilst Catherine Zeta Jones will play the title role and Ray Winstone will be filling Julius Caesar’s toga.

The other interesting thing Hugh mentioned about it is that its going to be filmed in 3D.  Usually a musical doesn’t do it for me but the combination of Soderbergh and 3D really peaks my interest.
