News on Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer 2

Shocktilyoudrop.com have posted some news on the sequel to the awesome Jack Brooks: Monster Slayer. The synopsis of the sequel is:

Jack Brooks decides to retire from monster slaying, but not before taking one last job. Soon he finds himself helping stop a man with an evil plot to summon the demon Legion.

Bit weird that the sequel is about him retiring as the first movie was about him becoming the slayer so you would have thought its a bit too soon for him to consider retiring.

According to the site, the Director, Jon Knautz and the writer/star Trevor Matthews are currently writing the script and they hope to begin filming as early as next summer.

We loved the first movie (check out our review) so we can’t wait for some more monster mashing fun.
