.The line up for the 53rd London Film Festival has been released and it looks like the Big Smoke is in for a treat.George Clooney looks to be sponsoring the event by featuring in three of the movies that are there. He’s a voice in Wes Anderson’s Fantastic Mr Fox and he stars in two other movies, Up in the Air and as a ‘Jedi’ in The Men Who Stare At Goats.
Steven Soderbergh’s The Informant, starring Matt Damon, will be there and so will the Coen Brother’s new comedy A Serious Man.
There’s going to be 191 films on offer in total. Some of the most talked about are Ang Lee’s Taking Woodstock, John Hillcoat’s The Road, Mike Judge’s Extract and Paul King’s Bunny and the Bull. All the details can be found over at www.bfi.org.uk/lff
