Ivan reitman today confirmed that they are closer then ever before to making Ghostbusters 3.

Speaking at The Times 53rd BFI London Film Festival where he is promoting Chloe with Julianne More and Amada Seyfried he spoke of his love for the project.

‘Sony have hired the writers and we are having regular meetings. Once we can get a script we can all sign off on it will be good. This is the best shot at it we have had.’

People had questioned if the Producer Director would once again sit in the chair? He simply explained it would be to hard to give up.
